Audit under the Companies Act and Income Tax act, taxes and any government fees, third party software for payroll, expense management etc and Banking API charges, payment gateway charges are not included in the package.

No, if your business is growing rapidly, your books are growing in complexity as well. We review your business every quarter and If your expense and other support needs change and exceed the amount you’ve prepaid for, you’ll be billed the difference. In case you have prepaid extra, we will issue you a credit note which can be utilised in the next billing cycle.

You’ll move to the next tier. We evaluate your business every quarter to gauge the fit of your business with the tier.
